Puppy Return Policy

Thank you for considering adopting one of our puppies. We want to make sure that both you and your puppy are happy with the adoption process and that you have a clear understanding of our return policy. Please read the following return policy carefully:

We offer a 7-day return policy on all puppies adopted from us. If for any reason you need to return your puppy within 7 days of adoption please contact us

To be eligible for a return, your puppy must be in the same condition as when you received it, and it must not have been subjected to any harm or abuse. The puppy must also be returned with all paperwork and documents that were given to you at the time of adoption or return can be subject to denial.

If you decide to return your puppy, please contact us immediately to inform us of your decision. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return your puppy.

Once we receive your returned puppy and verify its condition, we will contact you with any findings. Please note that the original adoption fee is non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We understand that returning a puppy can be difficult and emotional, but we want to ensure that our puppies are going to a loving and responsible home. Therefore, we reserve the right to deny a return request if we feel that the puppy is not being returned for a valid reason.
